Aufruf einer geteilten Seite

Um eine Seite auszuliefern, verarbeitet der Server technisch notwendig die IP-Adresse des Browsers und die Anfrage. Es werden keine Zugriffsprotokolle mit IP-Adressen gespeichert, keine Cookies gesetzt, keine Inhalte von Dritten geladen und keine Analyse- oder Trackingdienste verwendet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; das berechtigte Interesse liegt in der Auslieferung der Seite.

Veröffentlichen mit der FleaShare-App

Wer mit der FleaShare-App eine Liste veröffentlicht, überträgt deren Titel, Beschreibung, Ablaufdatum und Zeitzone sowie die Artikel mit Nummer, Kennung, Titel, Beschreibung, Preis, Status und Fotos. Fotos werden auf dem Server neu kodiert; Metadaten wie Standort oder Aufnahmedatum werden dabei entfernt. Zusätzlich speichert der Server eine zufällige Gerätekennung, einen Hashwert des Schreibschlüssels der Liste und Zeitpunkte von Veröffentlichung und letzter Nutzung. Name, Telefonnummer oder ein Benutzerkonto werden nicht erhoben. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Bereitstellung des Dienstes).

Buchsuche in der App

Für Bücher kann die FleaShare-App die Angaben zu einer ISBN abfragen. Die App fragt dafür direkt bei der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek und bei Open Library an; der FleaShare-Server ist nicht beteiligt. Diese Dienste erhalten die ISBN und, technisch bedingt, die IP-Adresse des Geräts.

Speicherdauer

Eine Liste wird gelöscht, wenn der Absender sie in der App löscht, wenn ihr Ablaufdatum vorbei ist oder wenn die App sie 90 Tage lang nicht mehr gemeldet hat. Fotos, die keine Liste mehr verwendet, werden spätestens 24 Stunden danach gelöscht. Server-Protokolle enthalten die Kennung aufgerufener Listen, aber keine IP-Adressen und keine Inhalte.

Empfänger

Den Link zu einer Liste erhält nur, wem der Absender ihn schickt; die Seiten werden von Suchmaschinen nicht erfasst. Der Server wird von einem Hosting-Anbieter in der Europäischen Union im Auftrag des Verantwortlichen betrieben.

Meldungen

Über „Seite melden“ schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an den Verantwortlichen. Die E-Mail und ihre Angaben werden nur zur Bearbeitung der Meldung verwendet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c und f DSGVO).

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) sowie das Recht, sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren (Art. 77). Da es keine Benutzerkonten gibt, nennen Sie bei Anfragen bitte den Link der betroffenen Liste.

Viewing a shared page

To deliver a page, the server necessarily processes the browser's IP address and the request. No access logs with IP addresses are kept, no cookies are set, no third-party content is loaded and no analytics or tracking services are used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is delivering the page.

Publishing with the FleaShare app

Publishing a list with the FleaShare app transmits its title, description, expiry date and time zone, and the items with number, identifier, title, description, price, status and photos. The server re-encodes photos, which removes metadata such as location or capture date. The server also stores a random device identifier, a hash of the list's write key and the times of publishing and last use. No name, phone number or user account is collected. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service).

Book lookup in the app

For books, the FleaShare app can look up the details of an ISBN. It asks the German National Library and Open Library directly; the FleaShare server is not involved. These services receive the ISBN and, for technical reasons, the device's IP address.

Retention

A list is deleted when the sender deletes it in the app, when its expiry date has passed, or when the app has not reported it for 90 days. Photos no longer used by any list are deleted within 24 hours. Server logs contain the identifiers of requested lists but no IP addresses and no content.

Recipients

Only people the sender gives the link to can open a list; search engines do not index the pages. The server is operated by a hosting provider in the European Union on behalf of the controller.

Reports

“Report this page” opens an email to the controller. The email and its contents are used only to handle the report (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). As there are no user accounts, please include the link of the list concerned in any request.
